The Coupe is our entry-level binding and is one of the lightest bindings on the market. What makes this binding so light is the newly designed True One Piece Plate. This one-piece plate has no extra hardware anywhere. No brackets or screws not even an additional add on plate. This means less parts and much less weight. With the coupe we also used a one-piece heel insert and overlay construction. The combination of these two pieces, usually seen in separate form, cuts down on weight and makes for a more flexible binding. Committed to comfort, we designed a new foot bed that cradles the foot but is responsive in shape and design. We also incorporated a floating tongue for a more adjustable fit. Also new is the softer and larger boomerang shaped heel kidneys all wrapped in neoprene for a more comfortable fit. The women’s coupe also has a softer, more cushioned liner designed for the female foot.
